Html5 Liquid particles
Check out this impressive effect made with only html5. I guess unless flash doesn't drastically improves it will soon become obsolete.

Project Gutenberg
Project Gutenberg is a really cool resource. It allows you to read books online for free. They are able to do this legally because all the books they provide have expired copywriters. Obviously they don't have the more recent books but they have many of the classics. Some books are even offered in the audio format. The down side is that you have to read them from a computer screen (which is not so great on the eyes) unless you have a Kindle or Nook. In my opinion a good old paper book is the best -- this site however is still worth a look.

Awesome 3D simulations
Found a really entertaining website by Peter Blaškovič. He is some graphic designer/ 3D animator. His site has some some cool things to mess around with. And the best part is that they are all based on mathematical algorithms, therefore proving that math is cool. Here are my favorites:

Grooveshark: best internet radio since Pandora

Grooveshark:
-No annoying commercials :D (just a simple image at the side of the screen, most of the time I don't even notice it since I usually play music in the background).
-Rewind and Fast-forward songs!
-Play any song as many times as you want.
-Make custom playlists of songs you like.
-Search and play specific songs.
-Play songs that are "like" the songs in your playlist (like on pandora).
-Upload songs that you have, so you can listen to them anywhere you have internet.
-Its free, with no limit on how much you listen
It would only be fair to note that I still use both, just for different purposes. When I want to discover music or just play it as radio I would choose Pandora. But to listen to songs I like in the order I like, or to repeat a song I like (like one I just heard on pandora). I'll use Groveshark. -No annoying commercials :D (just a simple image at the side of the screen, most of the time I don't even notice it since I usually play music in the background).

New Bible Study Tool

"Blue Letter Bible" is perhaps one of my new favorite online (free) bible study tools. It has allot of cool stuff like commentaries, original languages, tons of versions and allot of other cool stuff that is actually really helpful. I use it mostly for historical/geographical context and word/character studies. But anyway I just wanted to share it so check it out. Its a little complex at first but its worth exploring.
